In 1971, William T. Kemp began a small contracting business. The business has grown over several decades to the well-respected organization it is today. His three sons and their staff are honored to uphold the reputation William earned long ago.

Thomas R. Kemp, President

Thomas R. Kemp took the reigns as president in 1994. As president, he oversees the day-today activities of the construction business. His guidance has continually developed the business with sustained growth and financial stability.

Russell Kemp, Principal

Since 1977, Russell Kemp has played a key role in the family business. Russell’s current duties include overseeing field management, purchasing and carpentry activities.

William R. Kemp, Principal

Since 1977, William R. Kemp has played a key role in the family business. William coordinates all earthmoving and site work activities as well as managing our large fleet of equipment and machinery.
